Choosing sources and classifying outlets are editorial decisions, and the methodology will say so.

This list is the work between today's build and a version anyone can rely on. It gets shorter, it is never hidden.
- A published methodology and a named list of sources, starting with 20 to 40 verified Croatian outlets.
- An editorial review queue, corrections and takedown requests.
- A production backend. Without it the site shows clearly labelled demo stories.
- A double opt-in newsletter and a legal review of how headlines and images are shown.
