What we do with what you send us.

01 · What this site does not do

• No cookies, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no tracking pixels.
• No third-party scripts. Fonts, images and the product video are served from rvge.dev itself, so loading a page does not send your address to anyone else.
• The site is hosted by Netlify, which, like any web server, processes your IP address to deliver the pages and may keep it in short-lived server logs.

02 · What the form collects

• What your message is about, and which product, if any.
• Your name, your email address and, if you give them, your company or project and your message.
• Whether you ticked each consent box, so we can show what you agreed to.
• How many seconds the form was open before you sent it. It is a simple check against automated spam and says nothing about you.

03 · Why, and on what basis

To answer you. When you send the form, we use your details to reply to that message. The basis is your consent, given with the first box, and it is needed to deal with your request.

To tell you about a release. Only if you tick the second box: one email when the product you chose is released. The basis is that separate consent. A waitlist is exactly this and nothing more.

There is no other use. Nothing is used for advertising, profiling or automated decisions.

04 · Who else sees it

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify on our behalf, under Netlify's data processing terms, and may be stored outside the European Union. Netlify also runs an automated spam filter over submissions. If we later use an email service to send release notices, this notice is updated before the first one goes out.

Your details are never sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing, and product waitlists are kept separate from any other list.

05 · How long we keep it

Messages: as long as the conversation needs, then deleted. Waitlist addresses: until the product ships and you have been told, or until the product is cancelled, whichever comes first. In every case, earlier if you ask.

06 · Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive it in a readable file, or to stop us using it. You can withdraw either consent at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it.

Write to brec@rvge.dev and we will act on it. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

07 · Links to other sites

Some product pages link to a product's own site or to its release page on GitHub. Those sites have their own privacy terms.

08 · Who is responsible

RVGE, brec@rvge.dev. RVGE is a company in founding. Its registered name, address and identification number appear here as soon as the company exists, together with the terms of sale and the refund policy, all published before the first sale.
