What we do with your email address.
RVGE is a company in founding in Trogir, Croatia. Nothing is on sale, so there are no customer accounts, no payment data and no order history. There is exactly one thing we collect: the details you type into the release waitlist.
01 · WHAT WE COLLECT
- Your name and email address.
- Which product you said you were interested in.
- The optional note about how you would use it, if you wrote one.
- The fact that you ticked the consent box, so we can show that you asked to hear from us.
Nothing else. No tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers, no profile built about you.
02 · WHY, AND ON WHAT BASIS
We use it for one purpose: to write to you when the product you asked about is actually released. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. There is no other use and no other purpose hiding behind this one.
03 · WHO ELSE SEES IT
The form is submitted through Netlify, which hosts this site and stores form submissions on our behalf. That is the only third party involved today. If we later add an email tool to send the release notice, this notice is updated before the first message goes out.
Your address is never sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing, and RVGE product lists are kept separate from any other list we may run.
04 · HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Until the product ships and you have been told, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. If a product is cancelled, the list for it is deleted.
05 · YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, hand it over in a readable file, or stop using it. You can withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it.
Write to brec@rvge.dev and we will act on it. You also have the right to complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP).
06 · CHANGES
When RVGE is registered and the first product goes on sale, this page is replaced by a full set: trader details, terms of use, refund policy and a product-by-product privacy notice. Those are published before the first sale, not after it.
The formal company details, including the registered name and identification number, appear here as soon as the company exists. We would rather leave the line blank than fill it with something that is not yet true.
